Normally shaped magnets are easy to measure, but for special-shaped magnets, please provide drawings.

The common coatings are Nickel-Copper-Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), Nickel (Ni), Tin (Sn), Zinc (Zn), Gold (Au), Epoxy, passivation, etc.
Four methods are as below：
Magnetized through thickness
Magnetized through the length
Axially magnetized
Diametrically magnetized
The tolerances are from ±0.1mm to ±0.01mm. You can clarify it according to your design requirements.
Generally, the cost of samples will be higher. And our minimum order amount is USD500.
It is best to provide drawings for complex customized products.
